Star Trek: Prodigy is an animated series that premiered on 28 October 2021, first on Paramount+, then on Nickelodeon. It is the ninth Star Trek spin-off and the third animated Star Trek series, following Star Trek: The Animated Series and Star Trek: Lower Decks. Unlike the previous animated series, this is the first to be rendered entirely with computer-generated imaging and 3D modeling.
