The new Stratos Amazfit Smartwatch 3 has up to 19 sports modes , so you can use it and implement it in your favorite sport.
Physical activity tracking is particularly ambitious, monitoring maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) and recovery times, among other relevant data. To achieve this, the BioTracker heart rate sensor, which monitors heart rate as precisely as possible , is used. The recording of all data generated during your activity is performed by the professional FIRSTBEAT algorithm.
